Where do I go to register?

Registration is conducted in the CYO Office which is is located inside the Parish Hall, in the office immediately to your right. The CYO Office is the last one on your right past the desk.

How do we qualify to play CYO?
1. As of July 18, 2010 you must be a registered parishioner at St. Rose of Lima for over a year, at the time of registration, in order for your child to be able to participate in our CYO program. 
2. You must live within the St. Rose of Lima parish boundaries as established by the Archdiocese. 

What do I need to bring to registration? 
1. Utility Bill (SAWS, CPS, or AT&T no copies) or Parishioners Envelope 
2. Original Birth Certificate 3. A medical release form must also be signed. 
Note: These are to be verified for every sport even if you have played in past seasons/years.
How much does registration cost?
Registration is $80.00
Uniform is $35.00
Fundraising fee is $25

Note: A refundable deposit is required. Also, 4 service hours per child is required.

Coaches training is provided through the Archdiocese of San Antonio.  Please follow the link for the certification process:

What is the refund policy?
1)Player drops prior to Commitment Date   FULL REFUND less $16.00 form fee
2)Player drops between Commitment Date            HALF REFUND less $16.00 form fee
3)Player drops after league play begins    NO REFUND
4)Team does not form                               FULL REFUND less $16.00 form fee
Note: These fees are refunded no later than 14 days after any of the above occur. If a child is dropping out, the President or Registrar must be contacted by one of the parents.
